Zoe Andersen, uma jovem americana de 26 anos mudou-se para Paris, em França, onde se apercebeu que as pessoas se preocupavam mais com a forma física e decidiu mudar o estilo de vida.

Foi a partir daí que a jovem começou a partilhar o seu estilo de vida e em apenas um ano conseguiu ganhar mais de 300 mil seguidores.

Zoe tornou-se bastante conhecida e já foi condecorada pelos fãs por ter o rabo mais perfeito.

🍑All butt no thighs🍑 You don't have to overcomplicate your workouts to get a good burn 🔥 in your glutes, try the following exercises and let me know how you feel it 🙊 ❌ If you want these exercises to be efficient, you must focus on SQUEEZING your GLUTES and nothing else! ❌ 1️⃣ Donkey kicks with pulses, 20×3 each leg 👉🏽 the motion must come from squeezing your glutes not from arching your back or swinging your leg 2️⃣ Single leg glute bridges, 16×3 each leg 👉🏽 don't let your glutes rest on the floor and only go as high as you can without arching your back (you'll notice I'm doing smaller moves) 3️⃣ Glute bridge with hip abduction, 30×3 👉🏽 keep your glutes squeezed the whole time, don't let them rest on the floor and keep your core engaged while you do the hip abduction 4️⃣ Straight leg lifts, 20×3 each leg 👉🏽 try to keep your back and hips straight and lift your leg slightly outwards to target your side booty 5️⃣ Elevated single leg glute bridge, 16×3 each leg 👉🏽 same as 2️⃣ and this will also work your hammies! Really focus on pushing your hips up by squeezing your glutes 6️⃣ Elevated frog stance glute bridge, 25×3 👉🏽 keep your feet close and squeeze your glutes to raise your hips

🍑 Butt workout w/ band 🍑 I’ve been doing exclusively home workouts since I came back here and they often involve bands (can’t repeat enough how I like training with bands 😂) and now also the Swiss ball that I just got 😄 👉🏽 let me know if you want workouts using a Swiss ball! ☺️ ⬇️ this workout focuses on glutes & hamstrings, I’m using the extra heavy band (matching my outfit how fancy 😎) and doing high reps because I’m not using weights 🍑 🙏🏽 Some of these look funny 😅 but they all give a nice burn 🔥 as long as your moves are SLOW and CONTROLLED 1️⃣ Side & backward slides: 20 reps each per leg 2️⃣ Hamstring slides with hip abduction: 20 reps 3️⃣ Sliding kickbacks: 30 reps each leg 4️⃣ Sliding reverse lunges: 30 reps each leg (push with your back leg at the same time) 5️⃣ Sliding hip abduction: 20 reps 🔄 REPEAT 3-4 times 🎶 song by @kninek #homeworkout #workoutmotivation #trainathome #homeworkouts #glutes #gluteworkout #bootybuilding #buildabooty #fitfam #fitnessmotivation #fitfrenchies #resistancebands #workoutathome

SWIPE LEFT FOR BEFORE/AFTER 2015 🔙 ➡️ 2018 As promised, here’s everything about my fitness journey, I hope this answers the questions you may have 🤗 if not, let me know in the comments ⬇️ and I’ll answer them 💕 ⛔️ it didn’t take me 3 years to get where I am as I started training regularly and eating healthy right after Christmas 2016 but I just don’t have many before pics ☹️ 1️⃣ TRAINING ▪️From January to September 2017, I would train 4-5 times a week at the gym only. I didn’t know anything so I spent maybe 3-4 months trying all possible exercises ▪️Then from September to December I trained at home only and started training again at the gym around January 2018. ▪️At the moment I’m training glutes 2-3 times a week, doing the gym-based legs & glutes sessions from my guide and adding the home glutes session from my guide as well ▪️I don’t train arms specifically, I do one back session and one full body session at home, using light dumbbells, resistance bands and/or just body weight ▪️I train abs specifically once or twice a week ▪️I don’t do much cardio at the moment (mostly because I’m being lazy 😅) 2️⃣ NUTRITION ▪️Changing my diet made all the difference, I really can’t stress that enough 👈🏽👈🏽👈🏽 ▪️During my whole life until I was 26, I had been eating without knowing ANYTHING about macro/micro nutrients, drinking coke instead of water 😣 and eating tons of 🍭 🍫 🍪 (cause sweet food is my weakness 🤩) ▪️Then I started researching a lot about food and nutrition, how many calories I should get and from which foods, as well as getting good healthy meals together ▪️At the moment, I don’t track calories/macros although I did for 6 months last year. I’m trying to eat healthy most of the time and I allow myself daily treats. I’m not too strict with my diet but I certainly don’t eat everything I want and I try to cook my own meals as often as possible ⛔️ I won’t lie and say it’s super easy, there are days when all I want to eat is cookies and chocolate but then it all comes down to this question: what do I want more? ☺️ #beforeandafter #bodytransformation #fitnessjourney #fitfam #fitfrenchies #topbootyworkers #zoehappyfit
